My dog was wounded. I got an appointment that morning. Vet tech was kind and gentle. Doctor cleaned and examined her wound. She was thorough and caring. I saw 4 other dogs come in that morning. People and animals were all calm, unafraid. The best experience I've had at a veterinarian. Doggy is back to her old self in 12 hours. This is my new vet!
University Vet Hospital is great. All of the people are helpful, patient and professional. Dr. Schaffer has seen my dogs through some extremely difficult situations and I simply cannot say enough good things about her. Dr Landman and Lam have also been helpful and compassionate. The vet techs and nursing staff are also great. And! When you walk in the door or call, the three primary people are awesome. They are helpful and welcoming and it makes the whole experience much less stressful than it could be. I realize I’m saying great a lot, but it’s only because it’s true :-)
I can't thank this staff enough for their love and care for my fur babies over the last 12+ years. The medication that I needed for my cat got delayed in transit, so they were able to call in a prescription very last minute to a local pharmacy. I am so relieved! Thank you university vet hospital!! ❤️
