I have been a CCC customer for many years, using the house cleaning service. I'm particularly impressed with the stress on customer service, and communication. Having a dedicated team come every time helps the quality as well. But most impressive is the level to which CCC attempts to adapt to typical life situations and meet you in the middle. For example, adding an extra session outside the regular schedule, or adapting to a home remodel, or accommodating a napping baby. These are all ways in which, over the years, CCC has worked with my family. Mike is super responsive to emails, and proactive about reaching out when necessary.

While I found the actual cleaning service from the employees good, the management is oddly problematic. I asked for a regular time (they were calling the day ahead and giving me a time, sometimes it was inconvenient for me). The response I got was very emotional, sounded like a relationship problem. Several months later I again asked whether I could get a regular time. Again they responded with a very emotional response about how we had been involved for 6 years, they were very sorry things weren't working out, blah blah. Fairly bizarre.
