She has violated standards of professional conduct. She has shown negligence in her practice beyond the scope of licensure. Sutter Health needs to fire her...Office experiences for many have been a total nightmare.

I went to Sutter health urgent care (was visiting from East Coast) on Milvia on a Thursday. Stool sample ordered and had to go to Telegraph loc d/t lack of supplies Took my sample in Friday. Got a call from the lab on WEDNESDAY (5 days later) to say sample was unacceptable plus they needed an additional test. I was at the airport to go home and was INCREDULOUS. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LAB SERVICES. The physician at Milvia was very rude. STAY AWAY!!!

Absolute criminals. Don't let them do anything without verifying whether your insurance will cover it; they will rack up charges for every tiny thing they can. Silke Heinisch in dermatology is the worst. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by a doctor's office in my life. Over a year later and I still get furious anytime I think about these people and the headaches and bills they have caused me.
