I was assisted by Guy. My batery died. I called alstate to jump my car, the guy they sent was no good and he told me i need a new starter. I called guy to tow me to an auto shop. On the way i told guy what happened. He pulled over and gave me a jump and my car started.

My dad's dually truck wasn't turning on, so he had to get it towed back home. We called the insurance, but they had a us waiting almost 3 hours. We then call a bunch of places, but it seemed like no one had the proper tools to tow my dad's truck. Until finally we got a hold of supersonic, and Alberto picked up the phone and gave us the best customer service. Very understanding if our situation, and gave us clear instructions for us to follow. We paid around $460 ($225/hr+credit fees). But for the customer service and the towing service we received it was just right.Give that man Alberto a raise!

I ran out of gas in the middle of the road so I needed help fast! I called Supersonic Towing and was impressed. The driver arrived quickly with the right gas and was very friendly and efficient.Service: Fuel delivery
