I have only seen Adam three times, over the course of several months. But somehow, every time, he was there at crucial moments in my life. I am left wondering if they happened because I worked with him, whether I worked with him when I realized big changes were happening, or whether it was all a coincidence. I have my own theories. And I owe Adam a deep debt of gratitude.

Working with Adam these past 7 months has felt like a slow, steady awakening. It feels like the crackling alive of the energy force within me. The work he does is not abstract, though, as he suggested that I start working with body meditations along with mindful, present moment work. I am now meditating between 1 to 2 hours per day. But it really doesn't feel like a chore--rather, the most important self healing I can do. And I'm just getting started. Real, sustainable change. And this is coming from a personal trainer who considers holistic healing work to be the most important. I'm impressed!
August 2019
Admittedly, I came to see Adam for the body work, specifically the practice of "somatic massage" to heal trauma. But I got so much more out of it, really, a spiritual, transformational breakthrough. Through Adam, I learned how to meditate, including reading books that he had recommended, and that I have since recommended to others. Meditation is hard work, and initially, I balked as I could not sit still or stop thinking. But by meditating with Adam, and doing the "homework" at home, I am now a daily 40-minute meditator. I would say that body work is not as much of interest to me now that I can rely on the powers of my own body to heal itself.
