Last Friday I was walking down Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley during my lunch break and stopped in at polished nail spa for full leg waxing. I was very happy with the service and ended up getting my under arms and bikini waxing done as well. The manager Ms Lee was very professional and knew her trade very well. I felt very comfortable right from the start and was very satisfied with the results afterwards. I returned on Sunday with my hubby so that he could get a pedicure and I got my eyebrows waxed, as well as eye lash extensions. We were both very very pleased with the results. I must say, that I have paid more than double the price in other lash salons and the end result is just as good, if not better Polished Nail Spa. Moreover, the customer service and warmth of the staff distinguishes Polished Nail spa from other salons I have visited. My husbands pedicure was done by Ms Hannah and besides great looking nails, he hasn't felt the usual pain he gets from ingrown nails. He also was very happy with the way his heel felt after removing the dead/hard skin. I highly recommend Polished Nail Spa !!!
