Paul has been my go-to for bodywork since I discovered him three years ago. He is exceptional at addressing my physical/structural issues as well as deeper energetic ones. He's helped and/or healed my tweaked lower back and hip pain, winter-time respiratory issues, stress, heartaches, spiritual "contractions"...whatever I bring in. He is the real deal -- a truly gifted healer who brings professionalism, warmth, compassion, and a lovely presence to every session. Highly recommended.
