I lived with my phone being broken for about 6 months because I didn't want to buy a new one. I didn't think of going to a repair place because I figured it would be expensive or a hassle. But within half an hour of spontaneously walking into this tidy and calm shop, my phone worked as good as new and even better than expected. My phone's repair required a replacement of the screen and the little board that receives sound. He walked me through it in a clear way like a doctor would talk a patient through surgery. Brian has great reviews on Yelp. I am not ready to buy the latest iPhone as my iPhone 11 Pro Max is still fulfilling all my needs. But of course, the battery needs to be constantly plugged in. Brian changed my battery within a half an hour and charged me the equivalent of what Apple would charge at their store. I didn't have to wait and that was important. He also changed the screen protector on my iPhone with a correct size one. I have purchased this on Amazon and supposedly it would fit my phone. Not exactly but OK. No it's 100% protected.
