First of all I was late for my appointment and she welcomed me with such a lovely smile though it was her end of the day. She patiently listened and she grasped immediately what I was expecting which I never got from my previous places. After a reallyyy long time I had a wonderful haircut and I felt so much satisfied while leaving! She was too sweet and I felt more comfortable.. she did a great job thank you Stephanie for such a wonderful work!

“Ok so some backstory here .. boy mama of "2 under 2" suffering from postpartum hair loss .. I was going thru the weirdest phase of hair growth and was so nervous to do anything drastic .. I also have super resistant hair when it comes to covering my grays -- only 2 colorists/stylists have successfully covered grays lol .. and to sweeten the deal, I have a very interesting texture; my hair is coarse, fine and wavy. Alas, I've officially found another who can handle my hair!! Joelle made sure I was comfortable with her game plan -- over a year later I still continue to sit in her chair. She treats my hair with such TLC and makes great recommendations for what my hair needs. I went blonde again for the summer and the integrity of my hair was still there, I was shook! I've had others fry my hair off or it turns out brassy as the weeks progress -- my hair never gets brassy with whatever products this salon has or whatever she uses. My grays grow also grow in gracefully and blend right into my color so it doesn't look like a hot mess. Hair is currently thriving and everyone always compliments my hair whenever Joelle does something different to it cuz it literally never looks bad AND it's growing! “My stylist was Johnny and very attentive and listened to me explaining what I wanted. My goal was to cut off 3-4 inches and do long layers with some blended curtain bangs. He did a phenomenal job and made sure to keep my hair looking full and rounded in the back as I requested. I have long fine semi wavy straight hair texture with a lot of hair! Johnny did a wonderful job in achieving exactly what I wanted and delivered my desired results!“

Requested style: I have a bit of a grown out pixie that I want to transition to a bob. The proportions are completely different, as are the lengths, so it will look transitional, but nice with some attention to styling until we get there. Laura did a great job of asking, listening and communicating the plan to gain my agreement and executed it beautifully.

Hair type: I have fine to medium hair that is naturally curly - not tight springy curls, but challenging for some nonetheless. She takes time to get a feel for everything and listen to you before diving in.
