I have been going a long time and think they do an excellent job. They return the clothes in a timely fashion and will fix buttons if you ask. They are friendly and know me when I call. Parking is easy.

I had my clothes washed and folded snd it was more expensive than other places, many items were left inside out, the shirts were folded three different ways one of which left the sleeves out. All my clothes were wrinkled and when I mentioned it they didn't seem to really understand why that wasn't ok. I don't get wash and gold often but really needed it done in time for a trip and I had to retold everything which just made more work for me. The hem I got done was good but I won't go back. Too bad.

I've seen a couple of the reviews for this business but when I went there myself, I could see the past reviews (especially the ones from a few years ago) were for a different business or just not relevant anymore. From my experiences here, the lady owner, Emma, is very sweet and polite. The service is always quick and thorough. Please support your local businesses and make sure your reviews are for the right business!
