Reading the other reviews, I can second all of them. I'd just add that as a woman in her late 60s I feel totally comfortable here. I am so glad to have found such a community-oriented gym where I feel comfortable. There's no pressure to lift a certain amount or look a certain way--everyone has their own goals and it's a super supportive environment. Knowledgeable and kind coaches, high-quality equipment with plenty of space, and lots of potential for good chats between sets. Highly recommend!
