I called Paul Baber at Baber Technical Consulting when I had issues with my old Dell Optiplex 380 computer. Paul and his wife Veronica came to my house on short notice and spent about 2 hours trying to diagnose and fix my computer, but were unable to do so. My computer was needed at their office. After a successful diagnosis and repair, Paul and Veronica kindly delivered my computer to my home office 3 days later, with a full report, and re-installed it for me. Paul's report was thorough, clear, and showed that he went above and beyond by cleaning the computer, mounting the hard drive, and performing various other helpful tasks. I am so lucky to have found Baber! I asked them to repair my Thinkpad laptop. From the first phone call, Paul Baber was empathetic and helpful. I explained that I'd purchased the laptop about five years ago, secondhand, and had never had it tuned up. I explained that I was low income and could not afford to exceed the estimated $89 for repairs. Paul reassured me that if more extensive work was needed, he would let me know before proceeding. Not only did Baber repair my computer, they included excellent notes on exactly what was done. All of the personnel at this company were professional and gracious.
