The staff and the doctors are very accommodating especially if you have a kid with disabilities . My daughter feels safe and comfortable when she comes in the clinic. She was able to recover from her past traumatic experiences from her previous doctor/dentist. I think trust is the key to maintain a good relationship with your dentist.
