I was referred to him by dad. I end up owing and my dad told me to question why. When I asked why his daughter Kim told me to wait until tax season was over to get the details because they were busy. I am a paying customer and I should not have to wait until tax season is over to inquire why I owe. I will not use your service again after spending $200 to owe and not know why!

I found Albert Harrison to be EXTREMELY unprofessional. I found his unacceptable style of communicating to me when I simply asked when my K-1 statements would be issued to be shockingly poor. The IRS requires K-1's to be issued by March 15th. I called him on March 16th inquiring when the statements would be mailed and his first response was "I'm not giving you any information over the phone!" When I responded that I'm not asking for any information to be given over the phone, and that I simply wanted to know when they were going to be issued, given that he was already past the deadline, he emphatically let me know that he wasn't going to debate with me and then hung up...read full review
