I searched online for a locksmith to make a copy of my car keys and ended up calling the same company with different locations from Concord to Oakland. We couldn't open the trunk of our car, Tom diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds and fixed it in about 1 minute!!! He's very busy and rightfully so. I highly recommend!!
