I discovered Our water heater was leaking all over the garage floor…what to do? I searched for a plumber and found Water Heaters Express and called at 3:40 pm on a Thursday. Rob answered and was here in about an hour. Had the new water heater installed with new gas lines, water valve, bracing, etc within 3 hours of calling. Wasn’t cheap but nothing is anymore since 2020!

Robert and team were great to work with and clearly explained what to expect with my new tankless water heater. He took the time to answer lots of questions, which was highly appreciated, and I feel confident that with his advice I made the best possible decision for our situation. Arrived when they said they would, did excellent work, and left the area looking better than when they found it. Would recommend neighbors contact Robert when their water heaters give them trouble. An asset to the people of Benicia.

Our water heater went out and they were the only ones available to come same day. Robert, the owner (who I didnt realize was the owner at the time) answered my call and questions quickly. He came and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. He also noticed another issue with it and fixed that too. Great service and company. Highly recommend.
