Burner gave out on our water heater and we scrambled to get quotes and was in sticker shock. Called Up 2 Code and they gave me the most reasonable price and was able to schedule next day. Jordan came out and was super friendly and talked about the install and was quick with the replacement.
The tech came during the allotted time. He replaced the failed regulator and the surrounding piping which was more than I expected. He added in a tee and valve so I can tie it to the sprinkler system at a future date without shutting off the house water. He was easy to talk to and answered my questions.
I called Up 2 Code for an issue with my Takagi water heater. Catherine (in their office) let me know that they do not service that brand, but offered to ask the business owner if he had a recommendation of another service provider who does. 30 minutes later she called me back with a lead. While I can't comment on the quality of their plumbing work, this was a 5 star service experience and, as such, I would reach out to them for future jobs.
