“I have been looking for the perfect person who can do my Jeans Alterations. I tried Nordstrom in Walnut Creek not satisfied I will give them Zero star if I can, do not waste your money . Then I had lunch with my friends near her shop so I said I should try this place . One day I stopped by told her what I want and she has suggestions so I said okay . What a surprised it was done perfectly ! From then on she is my go to if needed any alterations and dry cleaning. I can say pretty sure I am hard to please but she did . Excellence right there ! “Good prices, quick turnaround, excellent alterations of anything. I've had cool Tshirts that were undesirable men's style turned into women's with scooped neckline and scalloped bottom. Perfect! Had an expensive king blanket altered to a queen. Nice, helpful people. Think Norma is owner. And she's always there.“

Vallejo Cleaners has been great in my short experience with them! They do alteration services as well as dry cleaning. My work clothes come out crispy and pristine every time! I definitely have no complaints and if anyone is looking for a new dry-cleaning service location, Vallejo Cleaners is where you need to go! Fun fact: you have the option to walk-in the location or pull-up through their drive-thru service window without having to get out of your vehicle. That's pretty cool if you ask me! “Anna is a skilled seamstress. She took an expensive outerwear jacket by J Linden whose zipper had completely failed after only a few wearings and replaced it with a much better quality zipper. It was a tricky job and now the jacket is perfect!!“

“I took a family heirloom quilt here to be cleaned. The staff was so kind and helpful. The quilt came out beautifully and they even placed it in a protective plastic bag for me. The prices are very reasonable. Please support this small business!“

“Tried this local cleaners for the first time. I only brought in a sweater to try it out. A lady checked in me in and she didn't appear to be too friendly. Very serious face. I requested it to be folded not hanged so it won't make a mark in the shoulders and she wrote it in my ticket. It wouldn't be ready for 3 days and I was not in a hurry. The price was a bit higher than I expected for a sweater compared to the other places in the area I've used. Upon pick-up a very nice gentleman helped me. He was very friendly and he retrieved my sweater and asked what color it was. I saw that it was hanged and he proceeded to fold it and wrapped it plastic. We even had some small talk and he was super nice. I would come back to this place again because it's very close and convenient plus the gentleman made my pick-up visit much more pleasant compared to the drop off. Hence the 4 star.“

“Dropped 2 suits and forgot to mention that the inner liner on one suit looked like it had mildew or some kind of stain.When i got the suits back, i checked and they had did a pre clean before sending it out.Great job and I will be a returning customer“

“Make sure you arrive well before closing time. I came here to pick up clothes 15 minutes before closing time, and the door was shut and lights off. No explanation. Had to make a second trip costing me gas and bridge fare a second time. That said, the suit looked good, and they got it done pretty fast.“
