I can't say enough positive information about this place. My kitty has "lodged" at this place for many years. The staff (Cathleen and more) truly care about the cats and kittens. Oh, and I never do reviews unless a place truly deserves a praise.

I called because there was something going on with my cat. My regular vet said they couldn't see him for a week and seemed to be okay with that booking an appt a week out. I realized that might not be the best decision for him and called Benicia Cat Clinic. They also couldn't see him quickly and offered to put me on a waiting list. The sweet lady that answered the phone encouraged me to find a place to see him sooner suggesting several places for me to call. I did get an appt at another vet. Because of the amazing service, I scheduled an appt out with advance notice to get my cats shots up too date and for a check up. Dr. Rau handled my anxious and unhappy cat very well and I was surprised at how well behaved he was compared to the other vet where he was growling and snarling. Alina was so sweet and kind and so was the receptionist. I am happy that I have selected the Benicia Cat Clinic to be the vet for my sweet cat!

So glad we came here! Dr Rau was wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. My cat must of ate/ stung by something, I came home to his poor mouth & tongue very swollen & they were able to get me in that day. She gave him a shot & his swelling went way down by the time we got home from the Clinic! Amazing! So glad he got relief & we will most definitely be coming back! Thank you everyone at BCC for your help!
