He treats the passing of your loved one, like it's one of his own. One example: Joe helped me download hundreds of photos I had scanned into a slideshow on his day off. Their TV set up would not accept my thumb drive. Joe sat with me on a Sunday for 3 hours to download my presentation. They have so many options for ashes and made it easy to order items. I got a necklace with ashes inside. Items came quickly and again they made it a smooth process.
