However, the new tenant already complained about the carpet being dirty & sticky. They sent pictures of their feet after walking on the carpet barefoot along with a moist toilet they said they wiped on the carpet?! Anyway, we are going to try for one more cleaning if Javier thinks it will do any good. We shall see... *Also in terms of rating overall, I would really give a 4.6 star and only because my one baseboard took a lot of moisture and deformed as a result. Javier also did a considerable amount of labor & a pet treatment to rectify that to a degree.“
