I have been coming to Benicia Wellness Center for a few years now. Dr. McConnell and staff are absolutely amazing. I've also used Benicia Wellness for massage therapy and every massage therapist had been wonderful. I got a chance to have one of the new massage therapists last week. Fermin did a fantastic job. He already had an idea of what has been my trouble spots over the years with the pervious massage therapist I was seeing there (Linda). Fermin was incredible nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can't wait to see him again in another month.

During the holidays, I suffered a painful inflammatory injury that resulted in sharp sciatic back and hip pain.
The solution from my primary physician was pain meds and muscle relaxers with minimal to no relief. I could not sit or lay on my side in bed without the onslaught of sciatic pain raining down my lower back, left hip and leg.
In the past, I have had minimal body work done. Only one massage decades ago. My retired RN husband immediately referred me to Dr. McConnell at Benicia Wellness.
