We had an emergency situation with a leak into our lower floor at a Rental house. Sent out several requests to various Plumbing companies. BeastBay responded within 1/2 hour & set up an appointment for that afternoon. It wasn't a cheap fix to resolve (aren't ALL plumbing fixes?); and other estimates were a flat rate just to come & evaluate. BeastBay had a bunch of very positive reviews so we went with them. They fixed the issue that afternoon. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased and would use them in future emergency plumbing situations.

These guys are true pros. I can't remember the last time I was so satisfied with a service. The city had jacked up the water pressure & it was causing water hammer for us. Hearing the pipes banging in the walls was really getting to me. Ultimately hired BeastBay out to come install a pressure relief valve in my main inlet so that we could control our own pressure and do away with the water hammer. Dealt with Greg and Daniel directly and I must say both of them were stand up gentlemen with great work ethic, professionalism and class. Had the leak under the kitchen sink fixed a few months back but it leaked again so this time we called BeastBay plumbing. They were able to come out same day (non-emergency)! Eduardo explained what Vallejo's hard water does to pipes and o-rings and replaced the cheapy plastic o-ring used by the last plumber. It was so simple he did it on-the-house. We definitely found our go-to plumber! The service was excellent, Eduardo was friendly, professional and thorough. Thank you!!
