Also, I was at first shocked by the 3 estimates he presented and said goodbye, but then he solved that problem also by talking to a supervisor, and a deal was worked out. It was still more costly than I expected, but it was timely and I was impressed by the whole encounter and service.“

“So we had a underground water leak that one plumbing company said that in order to fix it, they needed to put down a new main line from the meter to the house. They bid $9500 for it. I called Greg after doing a little research and he was busy but after looking at the pictures said I could probably do it myself with a couple parts from the hardware store. He told me exactly what to get and exactly what to do, in great detail I might add. After the fix, I turned the water back on and guess what? NO MORE UNDERGROUND LEAK! It cost me $16 at the hardware store. Greg potentially saved me $9484. This guy is now my goto plumber. If I could give him 16 million stars for this review, I would! Really stoked to have an honest plumber to call on that honestly wants to help you, not help themselves!“

“Expert plumbing did exceptional expert work! From the initial call, my urgent situation was assessed accurately and scheduled right away for the afternoon. Reuben showed up at the beginning of the time slot and got straight to work. He was able to identify the work needed, and he provided a very fair estimate right there on the spot using his digital device and I was able to see the work associated costs easily so I signed right then and there. He did a quick parts and tool gathering from his work van and fixed the issue. My pipes are admittedly old but presented no challenge to Reuben and he finished up and recommended future actions if my old pipes presented any new challenges. “We discovered a blockage in the line that goes from our house to our septic tank and called Super Rooter after reading the company's Yelp reviews. To our amazement Jacy said he could be out in an hour and showed up around half an hour later. He got right to work and located the approximate location of the blockage. We have a very long house to septic line and he had to use two different cables to unblock the pipe. It was hard work in 93 degree weather but he finished the work in a couple hours, made suggestions to straighten the dip in the line and install another clean out should we again need his services. He is very personable, communicates well, is very efficient and his prices are very reasonable. If you need a plumber for what ever reason, take our advice and be sure to give Jacy a call!“

We discovered a leak over the weekend that might require going into the crawl space under the house to investigate the problem. When I showed Ruben the small entrance in the garage needed to get under the house, I was afraid that might be a deal breaker. But he didn't even hesitate. “I've always used George Allen. A year ago they replaced my long time water pressure regulator, which had failed. Inexplicably, the brand new Watts regulator they installed gradually stopped working properly after just one year. I called them, and Tyler came right out. He determined that the regulator was defective and ordered a new one.When that one arrived a few days later, they immediately came out with it. Before installing the replacement, the tech partially disassembled the poorly functioning regulator to see if it were clogged with debris. It wasn't, so he installed the replacement, which works perfectly now. These regulators typically last for many years, so I should be all set now.Notably, this was called a warranty repair, so there were no charges for the part or labor.
