This company was the sellers inspector. I assumed that no matter if he's inspecting it wouldn't matter if it was for the seller or the buyer. Which he confirmed there is no difference. Well let me tell you then he is just incompetent. After escrow closed, I found that one of the picture Windows was ready to fall out because there was no seal any more around it. Any one who knew what they were doing should have seen there was no seal. Other windows also needed to be replaced. It was stated that the gutters were inspected but in fact they were plugged with some type of a screen backing them up with leaves. Great experience with our home inspection. Ours went very smoothly and only minor things were recorded. I had some great conversation and would recommend to anyone.
