She charges a decent price for the work she guarantees. She is a joy to work with and does great work. A prior reviewer mentioned a large retailer would have charged less. This might be the case but it was speculation and alterations are a loss leader for them. I suggest giving her a second chance before leaving a long mean review for a small independent business.

I've been going to see Jenny at the Twins for years. Sometimes I'm there weekly and other times I don't come for months. To my astonishment, she always remembers my name and apologizes for not recalling my phone number! Her work is excellent and fairly priced.

Jenny has been helping me with my pants for about thirty years. She is wonderful! Highly skilled and can fix/mend anything. In my case, over a span of many years, the waistline of my pants (generally Dockers) has been shrinking while the length of the pants has been getting longer. There's an alternative opinion out there that I've been getting bigger in the waist while contemporaneously shrinking in stature. Don't believe it! (Those are "alternative facts.") I'm on my way to Jenny's again today. Help!
