“I can't say enough good things about Stefani and her team. I have an older rescue who used to be scared of half the dogs she met, scared of men and didn't feel comfortable playing with other dogs. Stefani's team has helped her learn to trust (both dogs and men) and play with other dogs! She's such a different dog than she was 2-3 year ago and I credit a lot of that to Tefani & So and the socialization / love they have shown her. My dog loves going to 'camp' and I know they treat her well based on how she RUNS to them every time they pick her up.<br><br>I also do all grooming with Tefani & So; it's a consistent groom every time.<br><br>I travel a lot for work and Stefani is adaptable with my schedule, as it changes often. Knowing that my dog is safe with her and Stefani will adjust with our schedule has been such a help to me post-pandemic. “There is no person I trust more with my sweet pup than Sid, and no person my pup would rather be with! The level of care and peace of mind she provides is truly outstanding. Not only does she love my dog as her own but her expertise in dog training was so helpful during the early months with our puppy. “I really can't say enough good things about Dan Perata Training. My large, young, and very excitable pittie was becoming more than I could safely handle. She jumped - constantly knocking me and my other pittie over, she was very mouthy and super stubborn, but the biggest issue was that she was totally out of control on a walk. It was feeling like it was just a matter of time before something dangerous would happen on a walk. So, I researched a bunch of dog training facilities and this one is HANDS DOWN, the best out there. Others would take a dog for a month or two and just hand you back the dog at the end of that time. Dan Perata Training was the ONLY one that works with the owner too. The home on weekends approach is a great, not just because I missed my pup but also because we could work together on what she and I were learning. Additionally, what you pay is what you pay. You can continue to take classes with your dog and it's never going to cost you a penny more. These guys are really invested in your success. The last big plus point is the people. Dan and Natasha run a great business and it's super apparent they are here for the dogs and their people. Dan is truly a dog whisper and Natasha takes a really caring approach to running this business. The trainers are amazing. Luna and I have mostly worked with Josh and he's great! I just can't say enough good things about him and JV. They are so knowledgeable and are great at imparting their wealth of knowledge. They are patient and work individually with clients to tailor the program to meet each dog/person's needs. Luna has completed the initial 4 weeks of camp and is a different dog. She's so much calmer. She jumps far less and is so much less mouthy but the big thing is that I can safely walk her. We still have a ways to go but camp was a really great start. We're still attending lessons, working on long line training so I can hike with her and are working on her manners even more. I'll be honest, we're probably looking at most of this year continuing with lessons and the team encourages that - its one of the reasons why Dan Perata's approach is so great. I'm stymied by the few less than stellar reviews here. Most of them seem to be from folks who didn't actually hire Dan Perata Training. Here's the thing - this training is a commitment. Dan Perata is not interested in "fixing" your dog and handing him/her back to you. They are interested in helping your dog understand how to behave well and helping you learn to be a good and responsible leader for your dog. If you're not willing to put the work in, this isn't the place for you. But if you are, there is not a better place to help you develop a great relationship with your dog that allows to them to be confident, happy, and well behaved.“

“I have used Kristin’s services for my own senior kitty before he passed several years ago and I am shocked to read Alona Navarrete’s one-star review! I am passionate about supporting businesses that truly do take the well-being of animals and their clients seriously and felt it important to not only report this ad, but also to write my own reply reviewing my own positive experiences in hopes that others might use their better judgement as this owner whose senior kitty (sadly) passed away has clearly mistaken KKC for another pet-sitting business.It is easy to find Alona’s other reviews on Yelp. She has many one-star reviews for pet care in the Richmond/El Sobrante area, an area that KKC does not even service. I have spoken with Kristin personally as well and there is no record of Alona having ever used her services.While I hope Alona does the right thing and removes her mistaken review here and on Yelp, I can only say good things about KKC. My senior kitty, Switch, who passed away several years ago was cared for by Jennifer, a wonderful sitter who made sure his special diet instructions were followed and sent me many photos and regular updates - it was a great experience. I would absolutely use Kristin’s services again should I find myself with another furry friend in the future. She goes above and beyond, is professional and reliable.“

Mission Cats went above and beyond for us over the Thanksgiving holiday when we had a devastating family loss that required last minute travel. Despite it being a holiday week, Mission Cats stepped up last minute to care for our cat. It was a huge load of our backs to know he was in good hands while we were dealing with our family's loss.
