I obtained a quotation from Signature Roofing before the pandemic for a complete replacement of my aged but not leaky roof. I revisited the idea but did not move forward with the job till a few months ago. William Cotter was kept great records of my file. He patiently went through the details of the proposal in a honest and professional manner. My new replacement cost was higher but fair after 5 years of my own delay.
