Those of us with curly hair have all experienced the challenge of finding a good stylist. My search is over! Maria gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had! (The one other was outside the Bay area.) On top of that, Maria is super friendly and pleasant.

I reopened my Yelp account JUST to make sure I write this review and give 5 STARS for everything Maria did for me today! My regular hair type: long, thick, chemically styled In other words, beautiful almost 100% of the time. The story of why I was devastated with what I was walking in with IS A LONG ONE but just know my hair was something out of a sad movie right before I met Maria. I had gotten nice highlights in August and fast forward to yesterday when the same hair artist decided to throw ASH BROWN on top of my highlights (on top of her OWN WORK, at a different salon). I explained my entire situation to Maria -there were so many different kinds of chemical/product issues with my hair- and she offered not one but MULTIPLE solutions to make things better when I was close to just giving up. We decided on the simplest/quickest option for my circumstances and I couldn't believe my eyes when she was finished. All I have to say is Maria knew exactly what to do to make my hair even more beautiful than when I had originally gotten the highlights. This would not have been possible without her HIGH LEVEL OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, TECHNIQUE, AND SKILL. Needless to say, Maria is a hair stylist with integrity and RESPECT not just for hair but also for a person's time and money and this is so important to EVERY CLIENT IN THE WORLD. Maria is truly way above your average stylist. Thank you so much I am definitely coming back for my follow-up services! Also, I also met Eric the owner, he ACKNOWLEDGED me and my presence and engaged with us to discuss my situation which was so comforting. Thank you for everything.

Eric is absolutely a master stylist! Love the salon, it's clean, people are great, he does an amazing job! He supports the community, has a Toys For Tots drive each Christmas, so you can drop off toys locally. A good soul that is amazing at his profession! And I love my hair, with his help ;)
