    Kip is probably the first trainer who ever really listened to what I was saying and had a realistic path to progression. It's the first time I really saw the benefits of fitness training as opposed to just suffering without seeing any results. I wish I had someone like Kip 20 years ago. Kip is about action and focus which is what you need as a beginner when there's so much noise out there. He often brings equipment for home visits which is a benefit since you can decide what you might want to get next for your home setup. When it comes to sessions in the gym he can help you get the most out of what's available there too.

    I always seek the highest quality in services I use, and Kip meets this standard in every training session. It became clear from my very first workout with him that his knowledge and experience in fitness are extensive. Impressively, the results were noticeable after just three sessions, which is more than I can say for my experiences with other trainers. He excels in optimizing every exercise and movement to its fullest potential.

    In the first few minutes the of my first workout with Kip, I knew that he was highly experienced and knowledgeable. He's able to push each movement and exercise to its maximum potential. I generally demand the best from the any service I use and with Kip that is what I am getting with every session. And the results speak for themselves. I saw a big difference in only 3 sessions which is better than what I can say from working out with other trainers.
