I have such a great experience working with Jonathan on the sale of my SF condo. I was able to leave the state, sit back, and allow Jonathan to work is magic. We decided to earn come rental income prior to selling the property. Jonathan was able to handle everything, including getting the property ready for rental and then quickly ready for sale. Easiest homes sale I have ever been involved in. I would highly recommend Jonathan for all your real estate needs.
I highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a home. Jonathan is very experienced, extremely trustworthy, and makes selling my home a breezy experience. When the market was not conducive to getting my ideal offer, Jonathan recommended that I rent the home, and assisted me all along the way with getting the home rented and found great renter for me. When the market improved, Jonathan was instrumental in getting my home sold with an offer far exceeding my expectation (despite the improved market). I will not hesitate a second in using Jonathan as my realtor again in the future when buying or selling a home.
