Today, I worked with epc IT Solutions technician Vance Moore and we got a lot of work completed very quickly. Vance is about one of the best computer experts that I have worked with in my life and he's about up there with the best of them. He's highly knowledgeable and asks a lot of questions and his advice was very practicable. Yes, I would definitely call this fine again and again because their professional staff are really good.I am 65 years old, having worked with PCs for over 40 years, and these guys (especially Vance Moore) are REALLY GOOD. ePC has taken care of my small business IT needs for many years now. They are always very responsive to my needs and requests, and will work with me to figure out the best option for me. There is never any hard sell, and they're willing to think outside the box. Recently, I needed to migrate off of two old PCs onto one brand new one. Munish was able to design and order a system that was perfect for me. Brian handled the migration, and he was fantastic. He moved over 400 GB of data off two machines onto the new one, and then spent 8 hours in my home office getting every program and software set up on the new machine to run seamlessly.
