Tried to get a blouse cleaned and shirt came up with all the buttons damaged, and the stains not removed. The male owner was dismissive and kept saying this is how it is with dry cleaning. Will never come back to this place.

I’ve given Dryclean City multiple chances (over five times), and each visit has been a complete disappointment. Their prices are extremely overpriced, and they never provide a price upfront, which is frustrating. The quality of cleaning is terrible – they fail to clean clothes properly and always overcharge for deep cleaning. They promise to focus on specific areas but never deliver. Additionally, they’ve ruined several buttons on my shirts and blazers – literally breaking them. To top it off, the older Asian man working there is incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first and last visit to this dryclean. The old guy working there at the time was nothing short than very rude. I hope I never need to go to work in such a bad mood. 🙏
