Had a appointment today from 10 to 12 for a estimate to remodel my bathroom. No call and no show. I called at 1pm to see what happened. The lady answering the phone was very apolgetic but did not know why someone did not call or make the appointment. All she could offer was that she will report it to her manager. If a contractor can not even call to reschedule then how responsive are they going to be when they are working on your home? I dont want to sit around waiting to see if you will show up to work on the house or not.
