I had a Good conversation with Dr. Keller. He took his time to listen to my questions and explained everything clearly. It's not always easy to find doctors who really listen, but Dr. Keller made me feel understood and supported. I am not just another patient to him; he's there to help you find the best treatment together. It's awesome to have a doctor who makes you feel like you're in this together! understands and notably made me feel like I am no different, I am not alone, and together we can find answers together.
Dr Zamora and his nurse Carlos at Kaiser Bellflower Family Medicine are simply Phenomenal! For the first time, I finally found a doctor who truly listened and sincerely cared for his patients. I almost left Kaiser before meeting Dr Zamora. After discussing my health history and lifestyle, Dr Zamora gave me options and involved me in my own care! This is definitely something that I had not seen in any doctors. Involving me in my care I know will greatly increase the success of my treatment. Before leaving, Carlos even booked my appointment with the other department. Wow! Thank you, Dr Zamora and Carlos, for being absolutely Amazing!
I was at the Bellflower Kaiser clinic for an MD appointment. I have to say I seen a few things that showed excellent customer service. My doctor took his time with me to go over my meds explain labs and expectations. The nurse was very courteous as well. In the pharmacy there was a boy that was vomiting. One of the pharm tech assisted the boy and his mother, secured the area and got someone to clean it up. In the xray department and lab again friendly happy employees. Thank-you
