I'm a property manager, and working with J&I Construction has honestly been one of the easiest experiences I’ve had with a contractor. They took care of everything — permits, scheduling, city inspections — which saved me a ton of time and headaches. Communication was solid throughout the entire project. I never had to chase them down for updates, and they were always clear about timelines and next steps. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done right. It’s rare to find a team that’s both professional and easy to work with, but J&I really delivered. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects.

Definitely, we recommend this company. We had a water back flow that completely drenched both our bathrooms and downstairs in our dinning room. We hired Javier and their crew after the Restoration company took care of the water damage. The crew took their time in making sure each detail of the bathroom remodel was completed. They have a team of hard workers who are careful, trustworthy, eager to take care of everything that we had asked for in the proposal. They are very detailed to each task at hand. We are so grateful that they helped us get our house in order. They are very responsible and responsive. Recommend to everyone!

Was looking for a contractor with a reasonable price. J&I Construction did a marvelous job. Their crew was helpful and always giving updates at the end of the day of what was done and what will be done next.
