“Been going here for the past 2 years and even recommended them to my sisters and friends. They have been great... but they can't seem to keep nurses here. I'd build relationships with one, and then they're gone. I absolutely love NP Jackie and now I found out she's gone too. There's no continuity of care which means you always have to explain how you prefer things. They also changed the consultant recently and the last time I was there had to go to the room trying to upsell me with things I didn't want. I think the business owners need to invest more on the clinical side (injectors) instead of the consultants. If you have good nurses/PA's, your customers will keep coming back. It's either they're not taking care of their nurses or they are getting pushed out. So many nurses have left including one that was been there for a while that's good with fillers. Please keep your injectors happy and please bring NP Jackie back!“

“I visit this location when I really want to get sugaring and a jelly mask. Not many locations do them. I really enjoy my visits here. My sugarist, Jacqueline, was absolutely lovely. She was able to accommodate my last minute appointment change. Some places charge a reschedule fee even when you reschedule for the same day. ?? Jacqueline was thorough, which I really appreciated. She asked me what I was allergic to and went to double check the ingredients of the jelly mask. I was so comfortable that we just chatted about love and life while the underam jelly mask was working its magic.
