Absolutely unbelievable customer service! I can't count the time that David spent with me on the phone. I live far but was having a hard time finding a place that has a selection of samples for vinyl flooring. When I called, Carreras, they sympathized with me and spent time trying to understand what I was looking for. Since it's a long drive for me, David has the manufacture send me samples to my house . He didn't charge as long as he wasn't being charged . His knowledge, honesty and patience is so much appreciated.
I highly recommend Carreras flooring to anyone who wants good old fashioned service .

David is very knowledgeable and attended me to all my needs. He guided me to a beautiful Mohawk carpet with an all pet warranty. And the service was phenomenal with reasonable prices were definitely recommend in the Bellflower area or all over

David was really a solid guy to work with! I was in a situation where I was screwed over by a contractor and he really went above and beyond to ensure he did all he can to help me out! David’s team of installers are a great group of guys that work fast but efficient and deliver quality work! They are very friendly and respectful of your property! I was very hesitant dealing with another contractor but im really glad I went with Carreras! They just completed my floors and baseboards and we couldnt be happier!Highly recommended!!!
