Water started to go out and went through my FHW and they used Go Water Heaters. I received a call win a day and they were professional and set up an appointment. The tech was Brian. He was polite, professional and was experienced. Due to my warranty company, they wanted to repair before replacing. He came out twice and each time he made sure that I had hot water before leaving. He ended up replacing and did a great job left the area clean.
