For the years I have been going they have had a great service, friendly staff, and most importantly honest people. Recently I realized I have been doing standardized tax forms with special deductions that made me lose out on tax benefits. I had my previous taxes looked over and was able to get more back. This was my fault for not looking deeper into my tax history however I would suggest going with other tax preparers who acknowledge and assist with specialized tax benefits
