We arrived they had us pay before we got the massage no big deal got the massage I'm 6 months pregnant and they accommodate me I had Linda and my wife got Coco and it was such a good massage for the both of us I even knocked out. “First timer! I research Yelp for massage places in the area and Sacred Space Massage and Bodywork came up. I wanted to experience something different in a massage place than I have in the past and something told me this would be the right place. Sure was! I met with Ann and we discussed areas I wanted to focus on for my massage. I suffer from migraines that leave intense strain on my neck and shoulders. A type of strain that takes days to go away. Ann knew the exact area in my neck to release the pain. After the massage, I did a 30 min sauna blanket session. I felt like it helped continue the awesome effects of the massage. Ann was kind and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable with the temp and not boiling up. The effects of my entire session got better as the day continued. My session was mid morning and by early evening, I started to feel a cooling and relaxing sensation all throughout my body. It takes a lot to relax my body, it's always on the go. Saturday morning parking was easy, I parked in the 2 hour section in front of the building, no need to pay. This place is located on the third floor of the building and they do have a bathroom if you need to use it. I already booked my next appointment and can't wait! Thank you Ann.
