This establishment is incredibly disorganized, and the front desk staff lacks effective communication skills. On my first visit, they directed me to a location with the wrong address for my referral, resulting in a three-hour wait to see the doctor. Unfortunately, the doctor seemed indifferent to my health concerns, instead opting to joke and laugh. Furthermore, the referral he provided was to a facility that does not accept my insurance, earning this place a rating of zero stars. It is a clinic that is always canceling appointments. Today I had an appointment with my son, I dried him up from school, I arrived a little late and they didn't want to attend to me. Other times we waited until 1 or 2 and one doesn't complain, but today I do give it half courage, I give it 0000**
They don't go to that clinic, the doctors and the receptionists don't work, they gave me medesina, something I didn't have.
