I was referred by a friend and long time Los Angeles resident. Word of mouth is still the most reliable means of true recommendations. I'm please to pass on a recommendation of my own after receiving a very competent, responsive and comforting experience regarding the processing of my departed sister's remains. Juan was the only person who served me and he did a wonderful job from beginning to end. This is a very infrequent but important service to provide anyone, you can trust them, especially Juan, to relive your burdens for this portion of the process. Easy, quick and flexible service. Mr. Mendez and company make the passing of a loved one less painful by providing a no frills or outrageous menu of nonsense. Instead, this is a go to place for funeral services. Good work!
I am forever grateful to the Cremation Society of Los Angeles. My dear brother passed away very tragic and suddenly and I needed to find a place with an affordable price being that we (his family) lives in Atlanta,Ga. and just couldn't afford a funeral. I spoke with a gentleman name Chris. All I can say is Chris went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I couldn't asked for a better person to handle my situation. Chris my family and I appreciate you from the bottom of our heart. The arrangements were affordable, paperwork was easy, transaction went well I am just at peace with everything that has transpired in the past 2 weeks. Thanks for making us feel at ease.
