John came out to clean my, very dirty, Pakistani rugs and Ethan Allen furniture. I am very skeptical about anyone who cleans these expensive items. John knew exactly what he was doing and he did an excellent job in restoring the rugs and furniture to like-new condition. I'm very pleased with Smith's Carpet, Tile, & Upholstery.
We have been using Smith's Carpet for almost 20 years now. First for our condo and now for our home. He has always responded immediately to our request. The cost is fair for the quality work that they do. Always shows up when scheduled. Always does an excellent job in cleaning the carpeting and upholstery. We have given him referrals over the years and everyone has loved the work..
The service was very good - the technician was professional, timely and explained the process at the beginning and end. We have had our carpets cleaned multiple times and this was by far the best!
