They were late in arriving to give us a quote. After looking at our roof we were told the quote would be emailed to us. After a week without hearing anything I called and was told he would contact the office to find out what the delay was. Still haven't heard a word. Doesn't seem reliable. I have left messages, never responded.

The son of the owner picked up my voicemail when I called the company on my roof leak. He was in the area and offered to give me a free estimate which I appreciated. After surveying the roof , he told me that the repair would cost 6K to guarantee the job. He explained the problem and planned to remove and replace a row of tiles to guarantee the roof from leaks. We were shocked at the price and got other estimates. We ended up getting it repaired without replacing all of the tiles through a retired roofer friend for much less than quoted. My advice: Get multiple quotes if you use this company or any other company. We are ver glad that we did not go with this first estimate. We appreciate their help but their prices are suspect.

Uugghh. I should have read the reviews before calling. Apparently I am not the only one that they don't need to call back. I left a message for a return call to have my roof worked on, but I guess they are so busy they can't even call me back. Reading previous reviews, I see they seem to do this regularly. The lack of response is my clue that they probably put just as much effort into the work itself as they do returning phone calls. No thanks. There are way too many other options where I can spend my money.
