Chris and RBC were amazing. The issues with ordering from Lowe's were problematic, however, RBC being their installation crew saved the day. All ran smoothly once RBC stepped in. They are super dialed in and have great systems in place for customer care. I appreciated the attention to detail they invested when looking over our items upon receipt. I felt like they had our backs in looking for any imperfections. They were like family working at our home for several days.
