The free weight side of the lay out a little sparse.And I understand they are working on expanding that part of the gym.However, everyone seems very friendly and the place is clean. Great gym, especially if you're doing aerobic type of work out

Great spot, the staff are friendly, the machines are well kept too. The shower heads spray water are kinda funky and the water temp is warm at best but other than that; it’s a good location :)

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Equipment is clean and in good condition. I normally visit early mornings (4 am) when in town for work and there is always plenty of open machines.
