Panters installed our composite floors five years ago, but this review is for their follow up work years later. We had contacted Panters about some cracking of the composite flooring materials during the pandemic a couple of years ago, and they had offered to come do repairs. Then the pandemic hit and we didn't follow through. Fast forward to five years after the job, and we reached back out to the Panters to address the issues. Scott came out, let us know that the material we had chosen for the job was now known to not be very durable, and was no longer under warranty, but that they would come back and complete the repairs for free. Very happy with panters and their team! Had my entire house flooring done and recently had additional work needed also. The installers, easy flooring and his team are very respectful, friendly and do fantastic work. Definitely recommend.
