“Rosa did an amazing job fixing my hair. I originally went to great clips and got my hair cut from medium length to short and wasn't happy at all with the service, cut, or overall experience. I called this salon to see if they could take me as a walk-in to fix it, and Rosa had an opening in her schedule. She did a fantastic job giving me the exact haircut I had envisioned. Not only that, she was friendly, made suggestions throughout, and made me feel welcome and comfortable, as did the rest of the staff.
