I see that the most recent posted review is from several years ago. My wife took a comforter in to be cleaned in early December. She was told it would be ready for pickup on December 24. But when I arrived there, they were closed and were not going to open for another week. When I finally talked to someone there, I was told the comforter would not be ready for several more weeks. I was finally able to pick it up on February 4! And for that privilege I was charged $50 minus a 10% discount for the delay (I had to ask for that). I checked with a dry cleaner in Morro Bay and one in SLO. They both said cleaning a comforter would cost about $30. So I feel like I have been ripped off. Will not patronize them again if at all possible.

We took in two pieces to get dry cleaned and two pieces to get hemmed and cleaned. They had a very quick turnaround for the entire order and were very nice. The hem job was excellent considering the bottom of the pants being fairly dirty and a bit worn when we dropped them off. Both pairs look brand new now. The dry cleaning also was very good and both of the jackets look brand new. Having a decent dry cleaner in Los Osos is great since it is now out of the way to go to our old regular cleaners in SLO. We will certainly be using Ocean Plaza Cleaners for our future needs.
